Built and ran the sites
Web development and WordPress infrastructure for the regional papers, at director and senior-developer level.

Carried them through every platform change
Kept the sites running through the moves from the in-house CMS to Libercus, then TownNews, then mynews360.

Search, analytics, and ad operations
Technical SEO, analytics, and ad operations across the portfolio.

Designed the 2025 site
Designed the new site for the move to mynews360.

Trained the newsroom
Taught CMS use and technical SEO to reporters and newsroom staff.
