This site does not require an account and does not process payments. The only data collected comes from the optional analytics tools described below, and only after you say yes.
You choose before anything runs.
When you first visit, a consent banner asks whether you are comfortable with analytics cookies. Nothing beyond what is strictly needed to load the page runs before you make a choice.
Your choice is saved in a cookie named dl_consent for up to 12 months, so you are not asked again on every visit. You can change your mind at any time using the Privacy Preferences link in the footer of every page.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
If you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to see aggregate traffic and page performance, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used through session recordings and heatmaps.
Both tools are configured to skip advertising signals. No ad storage, ad user data, or ad personalization values are ever sent, whether or not you accept analytics.
If you decline or do not respond, neither tool loads at all.

Managing your preferences.
Use the Privacy Preferences link in the footer to open the consent settings again at any time and change or withdraw your choice.
You can also block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent the consent preference itself from being remembered, so you would be asked again on your next visit.
